This page is for those who have already paid for the Midamerica Spring League that would like a refund instead of participating in the league which is planned to resume in mid-late July (upon pending approval by state). The league began on March 12 (opening night) & was forced to postpone due to the COVID Crisis. If you request a refund you will forfeit your spot in this league. Here is the process to receive your refund from Midamerica:
1. Fill out all boxes & questions below.
2. This info will then be confirmed & sent to Midamerica's GM who is authorized to release funds. The refund will be mailed to your address you submit.
3. Any other questions about refunds need to be to Midamerica's GM (Patty) not to the league director Phil Morrison.
-You will be deducted $20 for jersey given out on opening night.
-Please confirm exactly how much you've paid ($125 online, full $225 on opening night, etc). This will be confirmed by records but also will help everyone avoid a longer hold on the refund if amounts do not match.
